Master Terms & Conditions
By using Forsee Bridge, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- All information submitted during onboarding must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Forsee Bridge is a founder-investor discovery and deal facilitation platform and does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or fundraising advice.
- Forsee Bridge does not guarantee funding, investment outcomes, successful matches, capital deployment, business performance, or transaction completion.
- Trust scores, verification results, confidence levels, tools, AI insights, and platform recommendations are informational only and should not replace independent due diligence.
- Forsee Bridge operates under a strict one-founder-to-one-investor funding model during active deal processes, excluding co-investors and co-founders from partaking in the fundraising process.
- Verification documents are used solely for legitimacy checks and are not shared with other participants.
- Users must communicate through Forsee Bridge during active platform stages. Sharing contact information (emails, phone numbers) inside the chat interface is monitored and restricted, meaning users may not intentionally bypass platform processes.
- Forsee Bridge facilitates discovery, communication, due diligence preparation, and deal exploration only. Legal agreements, capital transfers, ownership arrangements, governance decisions, contracts, and post-deal relationships remain solely the responsibility of participating parties.
- Any dispute, claim, loss, liability, or legal proceeding arising between founders, investors, companies, assistants, or third parties remains exclusively between those parties.
- Forsee Bridge is not liable for investment outcomes, business losses, contractual disputes, capital deployment issues, ownership disputes, governance matters, or post-deal activities.
- Forsee Bridge reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where platform integrity, security, trust, or compliance standards are compromised.

Stage 1: Account Creation

By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are providing accurate information.
- You understand that Forsee Bridge does not provide financial advice.
- Forsee Bridge does not guarantee funding, investment, or deal outcomes.
Stage 2: Founder Authority
Founder Confirmation
- I am the authorized Lead Founder for this fundraising process.
- I have informed relevant co-founders and stakeholders.
- I will manage investor communication on behalf of the company.
- The information provided is accurate.
Important
Only one Lead Founder may represent a company on Forsee Bridge.
If conflicting founder claims are detected, fundraising activity may be paused pending review.
Mandatory checkboxes
- I confirm that I am an authorized decision maker throughout the fundraising process and will manage all investor communication and deal finalization.
- Verified Lead Founder (confirmed by company or co-founder approval).
Stage 3: Trust Scan
Notice
The Trust Scan evaluates consistency, completeness, and credibility signals within your profile.
Confidence scores are indicators only and do not guarantee investment quality, funding success, or business performance.
Low-confidence profiles may receive reduced visibility within matchmaking.
Stage 4: Verification
Notice
Verification confirms that you are a real individual, investor, or business.
Verification typically requires 2 to 3 business days.
Verification documents are used solely for identity and legitimacy checks and are not shared with matched users.
Failure to pass verification prevents access to matchmaking.
Stage 5: Matchmaking (L1)
Discovery Stage Notice
You are entering the discovery stage.
- View full investor and founder profiles, including pitch decks or videos.
- Communicate with up to three recommended matches.
- Introductory discussions only.
- No deal negotiations.
- No external contact exchange.
- Matches may be paused, skipped, or rematched during this stage.
L2: Structured Matchmaking
Exploration Stage Notice
You are entering structured founder-investor exploration.
- Unlimited messaging enabled.
- Up to nine meetings available.
- All active matches should be explored fairly before commitment.
- Private ranking is required throughout the exploration process.
Stage 7: Commitment
Commitment Notice
Commitment creates exclusivity within this opportunity and unlocks the Secure Data Room. Once accepted, all remaining matches will be paused while you continue evaluation with this participant.
If you are not ready to proceed exclusively, continue exploring your remaining matches before submitting a commitment request. Users have to confirm: "I wish to proceed exclusively with this participant for the current deal process."

Stage 8: Secure Data Room
Confidentiality Notice
Documents uploaded to the Secure Data Room remain private.
No information is shared unless intentionally submitted.
Users may request additional supporting documentation.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, distribution, or misuse of confidential information may result in account suspension.
Stage 9: Investor Assistant Access
Optional Investor Assistant Invite
Investors may invite one external reviewer per active deal to support due diligence without changing the one-to-one founder-investor model.
All activity is logged. Misrepresentation of role (co-investor, negotiator, decision-maker) may result in access removal or deal suspension.
Assistant Request
Investor submits:
- Full name
- Work email
- Organization
- Role
- Reason for access
Founder must approve access (Approve or Decline).
The investor can then send an invitation by email by filling out name, email, role, and organization. The invitation is sent by email. The assistant must verify their email and accept the terms before access is granted.
Assistant can
- View the company profile.
- Access the Secure Data Room.
- Review documents and AI due diligence.
- Discuss analysis privately with the investor.
Assistant cannot
- Message the founder directly.
- Join negotiation meetings.
- Submit offers.
- Change deal terms.
- Act as an investor.
Assistant Declaration (Mandatory)
The assistant must accept:
- I am not participating as an investor in this deal.
- I will not share any private documents with anyone outside the platform.
- I will not negotiate with the founder or submit offers.
- I will not participate in investment decisions on behalf of the investor.
- I am joining only in my declared review role.
- I understand that all activity is logged and monitored.
Any misuse may result in access revocation.
Stage 10: Interactive Investment Room
Negotiation Rules
Three structured meetings are provided.
Negotiations must conclude within platform timelines.
All tools, analytics, due diligence reports, and AI-generated insights are informational only.
Users remain responsible for independent decision-making.
Stage 11: Letter of Intent (LOI)
Final Alignment Confirmation
Before proceeding, confirm that all material deal terms and partnership expectations have been discussed.
If further clarification is needed, you may continue discussions through messaging or schedule an additional clarification meeting.
- We are satisfied that all material terms and expectations have been discussed.
- We are ready to proceed with a final decision.
LOI Notice
The LOI reflects mutually agreed terms entered by participants.
Forsee Bridge does not act as a legal advisor, investment advisor, broker, or party to the transaction.
Users are encouraged to seek independent legal and financial advice.
The user must choose
- A. Proceed to LOI immediately.
- B. Request 1 clarification meeting.
- C. 24 to 48 hour reflection window.
- D. Decline deal.
LOI Generation (AI generated)
- Auto-generated after "Align Terms".
- Based on the agreed deal structure.
Timeline
- Cannot sign immediately.
- Minimum 24-hour cooling period.
- Maximum 7-day validity window.
- If a user requires an additional meeting, it costs $5 per meeting, with a limit of only 5 meetings during this time period, only for clarification. No renegotiation after alignment.
- Terms are frozen.
Stage 12: Deal Finalization
Platform Boundary
Upon deal completion:
- The match is recorded.
- Platform involvement ends.
- Future agreements occur directly between participants.
Forsee Bridge does not handle:
- Capital transfers.
- Share issuance.
- Legal contracts beyond platform-generated documents.
- Post-deal disputes.
- Ongoing business operations.
